You are the expert in your field; your customers are not. They are coming to you for answers and solutions. If you don’t speak a language they understand, you will miss any opportunity to work with them. Graphic Design is fun and creative but can have negative effects if it is too complicated, uses too many words or big words, or just isn’t clear.
